Of Creating and Coaching

I have focused my life on making things that people can use, from costumes and clothing to ceramics and food; objects that nourish the soul and transcend the physical realm while being rooted in the here and now. This has developed over time into nourishing the soul on the doing/action level such as a long term dance meditation practice and becoming an ADHD coach. I strive to be a co-pilot in your journey into finding paths that offer more long-standing ease. I am simply a vessel that can help cradle a thought or I can make a cup to cradle your morning ritual. Both are important.

As a coach, I seek to be a guide in your journey, but the real work comes from you being open to hearing from yourself how to best work with yourself, aka your life partner. I look forward to getting to know you and being on a journey with you.

The credentials for all that I do are mostly based on having lived a full life with many hats and many different educational opportunities. For ADHD coaching I studied with the ADDCA (Attention Deficit Disorder Coach Academy) which is one of the oldest and most well respected coaching programs. There I learned incredible tools. My life surrounded by people with ADHD and the whole panoply of Neuro-Divergence from family members (myself included) to many of the artists I have worked with over the years, has taught me much about how wonderful and intense it all can be.
